My husband wants to share me and I think I want it too

Eight years in, and lately he keeps circling back to the same idea, the one where he isn’t the only one. At first I brushed it off. Now I notice I’m the one keeping the conversation going. I don’t fully understand why the thought does what it does to me, only that it does. We haven’t acted on anything. We’re closer than we’ve been in years.
